above 45°F and relative humidity is below 85%. For optimum properties, bring material to at least 50°F prior to application. Air and surface temperature must remain above 45°F for the next 24 hours. Avoid exterior application late in the day when dew and condensation are likely to form or if rain or snow is expected. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours of application . After mixing SprayStone as outlined above in the Mixing section, pour the material into the pressurized paint tank, secure lid, and make all connections according to

MIXING
SprayStone GT Series is mixed by slow pouring from bucket to bucket a minimum of two times (2X) and a maximum of four times (4X) until the final consistency resembles that of prepared oatmeal. At no time should SprayStone be stirred or mixed, either mechanically or by hand . If required, SprayStone O/P may be added up to a maximum of 5% by volume to achieve the needed consistency.
APPLICATION EQUIPMENT
SprayStone GT must be applied with conventional spray equipment, including a pressurized paint tank, air com- pressor operating at minimum of 5.0 SCFM @ 90 PSI, air and fluid hoses, and a pressure-feed spray gun with 2.5mm fluid tip.*

to the surface at all times. Use steady, horizontal strokes to apply a light coat, giving approx. 80% coverage (i.e. 20% of substrate should still be visible). Do not over apply SprayStone as this will inhibit proper drying. Allow to dry for at least 4 hours and apply a second coat, this time using vertical spray strokes.
After 2 coats, the surface should be 100% covered and substrate should not be visible. The finished coat should be visually homogeneous, with no bald spots or drips. If needed, touch up problem areas once the coat has dried. Allow to dry for at least 4 hours, and preferably 24 hours before applying top coat.
CLEAN UP
When finished, wash tools and equipment with soap and water. Equipment may be coated with a light layer of oil to prevent adhesion of SprayStone. Properly dispose of all soiled rags and store unused product at room temperature.
